MAXWELL ESPOSITO
Basics;
name: Maxwell Esposito
nicknames:Max. Always Max.
birthday: April 18th, 1996
age: 17
school year: Senior
orientation: bisexual, though everyone assumes heterosexual
playby:Grant Gustin
Appearance;
[/b] brown, kind of messy
eye color: brown
height and weight: 6'2" 160 lb
distinguishing features: He needs glasses, but rarely wears them. He has a scar on his side from the appendectomy he had to have as a kid. Sometimes he tells people its from a knife fight. Another scar is only barely visible along his eyebrow from a time he went into East Oak and got beat up.
general appearance description Max is tall and lanky, and generally unkempt. He doesn't care much for his appearance, and often goes days without brushing his hair or shaving. He always looks tired (or stoned). He isn't the type to smile much, and gives off a pretty negative vibe. He wears a lot of hand-me downs, and many times they are too short and too wide for his slender frame, making him look even more awkward. His mother tries to fix his clothes for him, but Max doesn't go out of his way to get things taken in. He has a few scars from that time he went over to East Oak and got the crap beat out of him, the most prominent is hidden in his eyebrow. [/ul][/blockquote]
Personality;
[/b] his family, keeping people safe, freebies, smoking (both tobacco and weed), inappropriate jokes
dislikes: dressing up, The East side, social structure, politics, the government, corruption, how unfair life is
strengths: compassionate, protective, authoritative, funny
weaknesses:bitter, overprotective, keeps true emotions and fears bottled up, unmotivated
fears: living his entired life in Oakbrook, his family going bankrupt, finding out the rest of the world is just like the town he lives in
goals: win the lottery, keep Reese away from East Oak
personality description: Max is a pretty negative person, but for good reason. His family struggles and he feels there isn’t much he can do about it. He hates the social structure of Oakbrook and anybody who he brings it up to shoots him down with taunts of ‘things will never change’. He broods over his family’s situation, and the fact that he can’t decide what he can do with his life that will make him happy while simultaneously helping his family out. He knows how hard it has been for his brothers to get on their feet. None of them were able to go to the college they wanted because of financial situations. All Max wants to do is get Reese into a good school and take care of his mom. He just doesn’t know how.
Max likes to smoke, but doesn’t unless something is offered to him. He refuses to spend money on cigarettes or weed. He bought his own lighter though, so every time a friend offers him something, he can light it himself. Max is internally conflicted and fearful of his future, but tries to come across knowledgeable and confident in social situations. He cleans up VERY well and actually has a great deal of professionalism when he tries.

brief history: The Esposito family was never really 'well off'. William Esposito was a music teacher for West Oak High School, and gave music lessons on the side. Even with the extra money, raising a huge family on a teacher's salery was tough. Laurie Esposito never got a long term job, since the couple couldn't afford daycare for their kids. She did, however, pull in some extra money by tailoring suits and dresses for neighbors and other locals. They managed their money well, and were never impoverished, but never had enough money to leave West Oak. The Esposito's had 7 children total - Reese being the youngest, and only girl. Both Mr. and Mrs. Esposito had always wanted a huge family, since neither had any siblings growing up. Even though having so many kids meant living paycheck to paycheck, the family was very very happy.
When Reese turned 6, however, tragedy struck. William was diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer. He only lived with his diagnosis for 7 months before he passed, leaving his family in financial crisis. Between the medical bills suddenly thrust upon them, and the fact that Laurie had been unemployed for years, their future seemed bleak.
They managed to pic up the pieces, though. The older boys got jobs, and took turns taking care of their younger siblings. Mrs. Esposito opened up the lower half of her home as a full-time tailoring shop that now attracts customers from West Oak and East Oak alike. The family cut back on expenses by wearing hand me downs and accepting donations from neighbors.
Presently, the family is still not always financially stable, but they know how to manage their money. Only 4 children still live in the house. Twins, Dylan and Dalton, 17 year old Max, and 15 year old Reese. The rest of the family visits regularly, though, and try to help out their younger siblings however possible.
