Single family homes decorate this part of the town. There is an aged beauty to the area that only West Oak appreciates. They come in 4/2 and 3/2 bedroom styled homes.

The typical, reasonable priced, 2-3 bedroom town homes that can be found scattered around the West side of West oak. The neighborhoods are not the finest, but they are quaint where everyone knows one another.

Residential Area
The Residential Area is a mixture of single family homes and town homes. Though nothing compared to East Oak, these homes are quaint and the neighborhoods are generally friendly to one another. Within them, however, is a Section 8 where plenty of crime occurs.
